Privacy and Cookies
How we handle your data when you visit this website and how you can manage your preferences.

Data controller
The data controller is Pamava S.r.l. (VAT number 06251470651), trading as Lido La Torre. For requests about your personal data, contact the controller by phone at +39 0974 931402 or write to the beach club at Spiaggia delle Saline, Contrada Torre Gabella, Palinuro (SA).
Data we process and why
While you browse, the technical systems that make this website available may process data needed for the connection and security, such as your IP address, browser and device information, the date and time of your request, and the resources you visit. This data is used to provide the website, keep it secure and address any technical issues.
If you contact the beach club by phone, we process the information you provide to answer your request and provide the information or services you ask for. Links for booking a beach spot or restaurant table, and for opening maps, lead to external services. When you open them, your data is handled under the privacy notices of those providers.
Google Analytics
This website is configured to use Google Analytics 4, a visitor measurement service provided by Google. The service is loaded only if it has been configured by the data controller and only after you accept the “Statistics” category in the banner or preference centre. In that case, Google may process browsing data and online identifiers to produce statistics about website use. Google Signals and advertising options are disabled in the website configuration.
You can reject or withdraw your consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. If Analytics has not been configured, its script is not loaded.
Cookies and preferences
This website uses TermsFeed Free Cookie Consent to show the banner and store your choice. After you make a choice, the system saves first-party technical cookies recording your consent level, confirmation of your choice and a random consent identifier. These are used to remember your preferences and last for up to 365 days. Requests for the service’s scripts may also send TermsFeed standard technical connection data.
If Google Analytics 4 is active and you consent to statistics, Google may set cookies with the _ga prefix to distinguish visits and measure website use. These cookies are not installed before you consent. Their names and duration may depend on the service configuration and your browser settings.
- Necessary: remember your cookie choice and allow the banner to work.
- Statistics: enable anonymous or pseudonymous measurement of visits through Google Analytics 4, if configured and accepted.
You can accept, reject or change your preferences in the banner. You can reopen the preference centre at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent does not automatically remove cookies already set by third-party services; you can also remove them in your browser settings.
Legal basis and retention
Strictly necessary technical data is processed to make the website available and protect it. Data you provide when contacting the beach club is processed to answer your request and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Analytics and related identifiers are activated only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw.
Technical data is kept for as long as needed for operation and security. Data relating to a request is kept for as long as needed to handle it and meet any legal obligations. Google Analytics data is kept for the period configured in the Analytics service.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by providers that support hosting, technical maintenance and, if enabled, Analytics, to the extent necessary to provide those services. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by applicable law. External booking and mapping services receive data when you choose to visit them.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Updates
This notice may be updated to reflect changes to the website or the services it uses. The current version is the one published on this page.
